bbn/dok / Predicted Spike in Tourist Visits to Bali Following Post-G20 Meeting.
The Bali Tourism Community (KPB) is optimistic about an increase in the number of tourist visits to Bali following the successful G20 meeting.
This is due to the event’s success in bringing together representatives of each world leader and running smoothly and safely. This was conveyed by the Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI) Badung, Human Resources (HR) Division, Gede Suarsa.
“There won’t be any problems as the entire tourism community is very optimistic about an increase in the number of visits after the G20 meeting in Bali,” he explained on Tuesday (22/11) in Badung.
In addition, according to Suarsa, the success of the G20 meeting will attract the attention of both foreign and domestic tourists. Moreover, it is demonstrated how the wives of the delegates also helped to maintain the environment, and going forward Bali will support green tourism.
“With the success of the G20, the world will surely look to Bali as a destination to visit next,” he said.
He observed that the effect of the post-G20 meeting on hotel room reservations has already started to become busy. Tourists who cannot stay in Nusa Dua will have an impact on other hotels. For instance, hotels in the Seminyak and Kuta areas.
“During the G20 meeting, it is certain that all hotels are already fully occupied,” he concluded.
