BANGLI, – The leadership of Governor Bali, Wayan Koster is highly appreciated by the Regent of Bangli, Sang Nyoman Sedana Arta, Deputy Regent of Bangli, I Wayan Diar, Chairman of Bangli’s DPRD, I Ketut Suastika, along with the Bangli Regency Government officials for the dedication and commitment of Murdaning Jagat Bali from Sembiran Village, Buleleng in developing Bangli Regency, which used to be left behind, but now getting significant attention. Thus, the acceleration of development in Bangli Regency was realized through the Special Financial Assistance (BKK) of the Bali Provincial Government.

The era of Governor Koster’s mutual cooperation in developing Bangli Regency was carried out together with Regent of Bangli. The result is the realization of the development of Bangli City Square, the Office of the Bangli Regency Traditional Village Parliament, Building 1A and 1B of Bangli Hospital, the Bangli DPRD Building, the Bukti Mukti Bhakti (BMB) Building in Bangli, and the development of the Singamandawa Market in Kintamani.

Now, Governor Koster accompanied by the Regent of Bangli, Deputy Regent of Bangli, and Chairman of Bangli DPRD are once again conducting groundbreaking for the construction of Bangli Regency’s PLUT Building and Building 2A at Bangli Hospital, Friday (24/3).

Governor Koster congratulated the Regent of Bangli, Sang Nyoman Sedana Arta for again accelerating the development of Bangli Hospital. This indicates that rapid development has taken place in Bangli Regency within two years. Therefore, now many new developments emerged, which became the pride of the community and youth in Bangli with the spirit of ‘jengah’ that was encouraged by the Regent of Bangli. Previously, the development in Bangli was relatively slow compared to other regencies/cities in Bali. Therefore, there was no new appearance as a sign of the presence of public facilities development to serve the community in Bangli Regency.

“I really understand the limitations faced by Bangli Regency, so everything that is requested by the Regent of Bangli will be given, such as a 70-acre land asset at Bangli Mental Hospital, including the building, to optimize the function of Bangli Hospital in serving the community. Then also, a 40-acre land asset at the former Bangli Hospital, I gave it to be used as a Public Service Mall,” said Governor Koster.

It is stated that this Public Service Mall in Bangli Regency will soon be built, utilizing government funds from the Bali Provincial Government. Not only Bangli will receive development assistance for Public Service Malls from the Bali Provincial Government, but Karangasem Regency, Klungkung, Gianyar, Tabanan, Buleleng, and Jembrana will also receive development assistance that will be completed this year in 2023. “Badung Regency and Denpasar City already have Public Service Mall, but I will strengthen the system in Denpasar City. So this year, all regencies/cities in Bali have Public Service Malls. Thus, the capacity and quality of services to the community will increase,” explained the Chairman of the Bali PDI Perjuangan Regional Council, who was greeted with applause.

The Regent of Bangli, Sang Nyoman Sedana Arta expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Governor Koster, who continues to be involved in the development of Bangli Regency. One of them is the realization of Bangli Hospital, both from a 70-acre land asset, funding, to communication support to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. It is proven that in the first year, Building 1A and 1B of Bangli Hospital were built. Then in the second year of development, the Bangli Regency Government received IDR 75 billion of the Bali Provincial Government BKK, with IDR 25 billion allocated to build the Inpatient Building of Bangli Hospital, and the remaining IDR 15 billion sourced from BLUD (Regional Public Service Agency) Internal funds of Bangli Hospital.

“For this assistance, I would like to express my gratitude to Governor Bali, Wayan Koster, who has shown great support for development in Bangli. Given that our PAD (Regional Revenue) in Bangli is not enough to make us independent in development in Bangli Regency. That is the condition in Bangli Regency, in almost all of the development we do there is always fund sharing from Governor Bali,” said Sedana Arta while admitting that we have never had a Governor who has been so intensely concerned about Bangli until today, as conducted by Governor Koster.

Therefore, there is no reason to hide information or the truth that is happening today. Thus, all correct information must always be conveyed to the entire community in Bangli Regency. “Governor Bali, Wayan Koster, is a leader who is truly committed to working smartly, strongly, focused, sincere, and straight with a strong network to develop Bali in general and Bangli Regency in particular,” said the Regent of Bangli while expressing appreciation for Governor Koster, who has built the Holy Area Facilities of Pura Agung Besakih.

Therefore, the Regent of Bangli hopes that Governor Koster can once again lead as the Governor of Bali in a very wise manner through balanced development in Bali Province. Thus, the acceleration of Bali economic equalization according to the concept of the Bali Kerthi Economy will be realized.

The Director of Bangli Hospital, I Dewa Gede Oka Darsana reported that the construction of Building 2A at Bangli Hospital is built with a budget of IDR 40 billion. Where IDR 25 billion is from the Bali Provincial Government BKK for the 2023 Fiscal Year. Meanwhile, IDR 15 billion comes from the internal BLUD funds of Bangli Hospital. Building 2A will be used as an inpatient building with an area of 54 x 26 square meters, consisting of three floors. The first and second floors will each have 17 rooms and 59 beds, and the third floor will have 27 rooms with 43 beds. So, in total, the three floors have 161 beds. “On this occasion, we express our sincere thanks to Governor Bali, Wayan Koster, and the Regent of Bangli, Sang Nyoman Sedana Arta for all their support for Bangli Hospital,” he concluded.
